Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
  • Free from signs of damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide:

• A clear unboxing video proof
• Photos showing the damage or issue
• Order details and invoice

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time without cuts or edits. Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or opened products
• Products damaged after use
• Products returned after 3 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging or invoice
• Claims without valid video proof for damaged products

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Charges for Returns

• If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Velorina may bear the return shipping cost.
• For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
